Why Nitrogen Generator?
- With a nitrogen generator, you can produce nitrogen gas at any time within your facility. This eliminates expenses such as continuous nitrogen refills, tank rentals, and transportation fees.
- By sourcing nitrogen gas through a nitrogen generator, you prevent downtime and operational losses caused by gas depletion and transportation.
- Nitrogen generators, which only require compressed air, allow you to utilize all the produced nitrogen gas. Unlike traditional methods, there are no gas losses since any unused nitrogen gas is stored in tanks for the next application.
- Nitrogen generators operate with compressed air at pressures ranging from 6.5 to 13 bar. Producing nitrogen gas with these systems, equipped with all safety measures, is much safer and easier compared to conventional methods. They only need compressed air and electrical connections, requiring no operator intervention, and regular checks are not necessary.
- Nitrogen generators can produce nitrogen gas with purity levels ranging from 95% to 99.999%. This enables you to generate nitrogen gas at the desired purity level, reducing both operational and investment costs.
- The cost of nitrogen gas produced by a nitrogen generator ranges from 0.05 to 0.3 TL per Nm3 of N2.
